It is becoming increasingly common for moms to give birth in positions other than the traditional lying-on-your-back.
In the image above, you can find examples of good birth positions and positions in the early stages of labor, too, to relax, help the baby position itself correctly, use gravity, relieve back pain, and more.
Actually, most other positions are better from a birthing perspective, promoting easier labor and even less tearing of the tissue.
