NEMA 4 & 4X Enclosures in Multiple Configurations

AutomationDirect (Cumming, GA) has added more than 200 NEMA 4 and 4X enclosures and subpanels to its Hubbell-Wiegmann line. The additions to the line include: 

Aluminum Single-Door & Lift-Off Cover Wall Mount Enclosures

• Corrosion-resistance.
• Bodies and doors fabricated from 2 mm aluminum.
• External mounting plates on top and bottom.
• Stainless steel screws and clamps assure a water-tight seal.

Gasketed Screw Cover Enclosures

• 14 or 12-gauge carbon steel or G-90 grade galvanized steel.
• An ANSI-61 gray polyester powder-coated finish.
• Stainless steel screws which thread into sealed wells to prevent liquid and dust from entering through the screw holes.

Freestanding Single-Door Enclosures

• 3-point handle.
• 12-gauge steel.
• An ANSI-61 gray polyester powder-coated finish.
• 12-gauge type 304 stainless steel models.
• Applicable for outdoor installations and in areas that are regularly hosed down or are otherwise very wet.

2-Door Floor Mount Models with 3-Point Handles

• 10-gauge steel and body stiffeners for extra strength.
• Standard 12-inch floor kits welded to the bottom.
• Heavy duty removable lifting eyes and collar studs for mounting optional panels.
• A rolled lip around three sides of the doors and along the top of the enclosure to prevent liquid and contaminants from entering.
• Models available in 12/10-gauge type 304 or 316L stainless steel.

Stainless Steel Lift-Off Cover Wall Mountable Enclosures

• 16-gauge 304 and 316L stainless steel models
• External mounting feet on top and bottom.
• Stainless steel screws and clamps on four sides of the cover to assure a water-tight seal.

Stainless Steel Single-Door Wall Mount Enclosures

• 3-point padlocking handles.
• 14-gauge type 304 or 316L stainless steel.
• Protection for housing electrical components in highly corrosive environments.
• Painted 304 stainless steel models are also available.
